会话缓冲区

这个笔记本展示了如何使用ConversationBufferMemory。这个内存可以用来存储消息，并从中提取消息。

我们可以首先将其提取为字符串。

我们还可以将历史记录作为消息列表获取（当与聊天模型一起使用时，这会很有用）。
