按字符进行拆分

这是最简单的方法。它基于字符进行拆分（默认为"\n\n"），并通过字符数量来测量块的长度。

  1. 文本如何被拆分: 按单个字符拆分。
  2. 块大小如何被测量: 通过字符数量来测量。
